Addition Information

Dear Students,

I just received a NOTE from Consular Section of the Embassy that in order to proceed your Student Visa, the Embassy also requires copy of your TICKET RESERVATION (NOT THE ORIGINAL TICKET). So, the complete documents you should bring to the Embassy for visa application are as follows:

a. Download Turkish Visa Form from the website of Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Turkey: www.mfa.gov.tr (Consular Info-For Foreigners-Visa Form) then fill it out properly.

b. 2 (two) pieces color pictures (4X6) – any background

c. ORIGINAL and copy of your passport page 2, 3, 4, 5 and 48.

d. Copy of your ticket reservation (NOT THE ORIGINAL TICKET), one way - (Indonesia – your destination city in Turkey)

II. I suggest you to visit the website of Perhimpunan Pelajar Indonesia di Turki at: www.ppiturki.org to learn necessary info and manual for the new students.

III. Those who have not applied for their Student Visas are expected to come to the Embassy as soon as you get this notification because you have to arrive in Turkey this October 2011. Do not forget to bring along with you hard copy of your flight details and other complete requirements upon application at the Visa Counter (Ref. my previous email dated 10/10/2011). Scan and send soft copy of your flight details to my email address: Nurlenny.hafel@mfa.gov.tr put tittle on the subject: “Flight Details (your name) – (Undergraduate/Master/Doctorate)”.
